Man of Honor
Tim is my brother and oldest friend. We have been close even as little kids growing up from playing ball in the yard, to riding bikes and snowball fights, to making fun of each other all in good fun. Tim continues to be one of my biggest supporters throughout life and despite living far from each other now, we continue to be close. I couldn't imagine not having him stand next to me on my big day.
Maid of Honor
Lianna and I met when I started working as a veterinarian at Cobleskill Vet Clinic. We quickly became each others work wives with an odd sense of humor and a knack for being endearingly snarky to each other. Eventually we became roommates despite Lianna having reservations about whether she could live with anyone else. Now she'll tell you that I'm the only one she could ever live with. Lianna is someone who will fiercely defend the ones she loves and I'm so thankful she decided to take the risk to become roommates.
Bridesmaid
I met Katie, or as I know her by, Lehman, when we were little baby freshman on the Hiram Women's Soccer team. Without a doubt Katie is the funniest person I know. Her knack for telling stories will have you rolling on the floor. We became fast friends in college and eventually lived together with our other friends the last 2 years. The stories we could tell about each other from soccer to living together to traveling to Zambia twice. I'm so thankful that despite the distance our friendship has continued to thrive. My life would be so lackluster without her in it.

Lauren and I became best friends during our vet school orientation, so like within 3 days of knowing each other. We are quite the friend pair. I'm only 5'4" and she's just shy of 6 foot. I'm a little bit more reserved, and LK is well...less reserved. We balanced each other out perfectly, and on more than one occasion people mistook us for a romantic couple because we were together more often than we weren't. We lived together 3 our of our 4 years in vet school so we also share a lot of stories about each other. Besides our love of animals we share a love for foot stomping music, great craft beer, flannel shirts, and any kind of sporting event. And thanks to her I also have a better appreciation for a Taylor Swift kitchen dance party. I'm so grateful to have LK as such a supportive cheerleader in my life.

Alexis and I met on the first day of vet school orientation in a small breakout group where we both shared that we had been soccer goalkeepers in a previous life. We shared friend groups for the first few months of school but I think what really kicked off our friendship was when she, Lauren, and I, along with our two other friends decided to take a road trip from Columbia, MO to Atlanta, GA for a music festival. On Alexis's overnight shift to drive I was her co-pilot where we also discovered we both had a love for Africa. After that trip we continued to scream our lungs out to our shared music loves, and like Lauren, Alexis also shared a taste for great craft beer. I could always rely on Alexis to be the calm, cool, and collected friend to go to for advice and also provide some good witty comic relief. On one of our last rotations our schedules were completely the opposite of each other and we rarely saw one another. We found each other before the other left the hospital that day and gave each other a much needed hug. One of our clinicians saw this and said it was one of the most beautiful things she witnessed. I'd like to think of our friendship like that too. Alexis, Lauren and I lived together the last 2 years of school. Churchill Downz will always have a special place in my heart because of those awesome women.
