Elvis and Emily met in college at CSU Long Beach back in 2015 but didn't start dating until the next year. Their first official date, Elvis brought Emily paint balling when she visited him in San Jose during summer brake. They went to Boiling Crab afterwards making that a tradition for years to come.

Elvis scouted the perfect spot to propose in Laguna's Victoria Beach by a beautiful tower that looked as if it were out of a fairytale. Elvis told Emily he wanted to take her out on a nice date to the beach and to dinner. When they got there, he pulled out their picnic bag and a blanket for the beach. They walked down to the beautiful beach, set up the blanket, and started walking. There were some girls taking photos in front of the tower so Emily offered to take a photo of the three of them together if they would take one of the two of us. After taking the photos, Elvis told Emily he did bring her there for another reason and then proceeded to get down on one knee. He had the most romantic speech and she of course said "yes"! Elvis had hired a professional photographer to capture the whole moment and Emily didn't even see her there! Emily and Elvis had a photoshoot after with the photographer and popped the champagne that was in the picnic bag he brought along and rose petals. After the beach they headed up to the restaurant Elvis picked out with the most beautiful view on the cliff. They enjoyed a fancy and delicious dinner along with more champagne and finishing it off with a chocolate cake to celebrate. Elvis had one more stop to their day, watching the sunset at a park together. The view was perfect and the sunset over the cliff was even better. The best love story yet... and this is just the beginning.
