Anna and Emily have been best friends since preschool days! From meeting at Little Children’s ministry to dance class, to college and new cities, Anna has always been there for Emily sharing the best memories. Emily could not imagine life without Anna, and she is forever grateful for her friendship. Emily was honored to be beside Anna on her wedding day in May of 2025 and can’t wait for her to do the same for her!

Kahan and Elijah have been friends since being neighbors their freshman year at IU. Elijah cannot imagine how his years at IU would be without Kahan going through it with him. Elijah and Kahan even started a band with their best friend Thomas Dohner. Kahan has seen the groom at his best and his worst (both against his will).
Emma Bowen

Emma is the sister of the groom and a wonderful friend to Emily! Some credit may be given to Emma for pairing Emily and Elijah together as partners for Logansport Swing Choir in high school! Emily has known Emma since childhood, participating in dance class, theatre and choir with her. Emma is the sweetest friend, and greatest supporter to both Emily and Elijah.

Alex Starkey and Elijah have been together since pre-K. Being involved in sports and choir (you can tell that we were more into sports), Elijah is glad to have Alex in his life. If anyone would ever need a laugh, you can guarantee that Alex will be the first to do so.
Jenna Cole

Jenna and Emily have been besties since sixth grade at Lincoln Middle School! Meeting during band class, they became fast friends and participated in many activities together throughout their school days, including star roles as "napkin" in a production of "Beauty and the Beast" and co-choreographers for Swing Choir. Jenna is the kindest friend and best listener, a constant confidant and advisor. Emily is so thankful for Jenna’s friendship and is excited to debut her choreography for the first dance!
Jonathan Elmore

Jonathan and Elijah have been in many shows together during their time together at IU. What started as a scene from an opera written in 1643, has grown into a friendship like no other. Whenever Jonathan and Elijah are together, the neighbors will sure hear them.
Ashlyn Mundy

Ashlyn and Emily go back to sixth grade and have remained close ever since! From struggling through AP classes together, to traveling through Europe, to navigating their college years and working in helping professions, Ashlyn has always been a loyal and caring friend. Emily is so lucky to have her by her side!
William Brady

William Brady and Elijah have been great friends starting with their experience together in the Singing Hoosiers. Eventually they became neighbors and their friendship grew from there. From spending every spring break camping in the Smoky Mountains, to following the Grateful Dead around every summer, Elijah is thankful for spending it all with William.

Caroline is both long-time friend to Emily and cousin to Elijah! She and Emily met through marching band and have continued a close friendship ever since. It's just a plus that she is now family too! Caroline is the most kind-hearted soul and the most dependable friend! Emily is so lucky to have a friend like Caroline to call on and to have beside her on her wedding day!

Jake and Elijah first met from being involved in Junior Civic Theater and music in general. Elijah and Jake did just about everything together during their time in school, from children’s choir trips to high school cross country. Jake has been a constant and amazing friend to Elijah, and one of his biggest supporters!

Jon and Elijah have been friends since childhood! From the early years at All Saints to now, Jon has been a great friend and supporter. Jon met Emily freshman year of high school, and they quickly became friends as well! He is married to MOH Anna. Emily and Elijah are so thankful for both of them and for the life experiences we get to go through together!
