When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by September 29th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final head counts to vendors shortly after this deadline. You will be missed!

Where is the event being held?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside at the Lower Rose Garden. Please see the map page to locate parking and directions. The reception will take place inside the Botanical Institute of Texas, seen on the map above. Please park in parking Lot D, then after the ceremony, move your vehicle from Lot D to to the main parking lot off University Drive after the reception. You will not be able to retrieve your vehicle from Lot D after the reception.

Where do I park?
Answer
Please park in Lot D, also called the West Entrance Parking Lot. It is located at 3408 West Fwy, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Then after the ceremony, return to your car and turn right on West Fwy, right on Montgomery, right on Trail Drive, right on University. The main entrance to the Botanic Gardens will be shortly on the right. Use this address 1700 University Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76107. You will not be able to drive through the gardens.

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask that you begin to arrive at 4:00 to ensure you can be seated comfortably on time before the event begins. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our guests dress up for our big day and still be comfortable. The ceremony will be held outdoors, lasting 30-45 minutes. Please be prepared to walk down a flight of stairs to access the ceremony space. If you need special accommodation, please reach out to us. The dress code is formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. If you have any questions, please reach out.

We will only be able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation. Our ceremony and reception will be for adults (18+) only.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, we do! We have 25 rooms reserved at the Residence Inn - Cultural District. Be sure to book by September 27th to get our secured rate! See the link on the "Travel" tab.
