I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please note any allergies/dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind dinner will be self-serve/buffet style, but we will have a separate table for vegan, gluten-free, etc. food.

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking space on site at the orchard. Follow the signs and someone will direct you where to park.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 4:30 and 4:45 pm so you have ample time to park, walk a short distance to the ceremony, and find your seat before the ceremony starts at 5:00 pm. We will have a golf cart chauffeur ready to go for those that would like a ride to the ceremony from the parking lot.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear dressy casual! We would love if everyone could dress up a lil to celebrate with us. You don't have to dress to the 9's, maybe like the 6's or 7's. Think: summer dresses, jumpsuits, chinos, button-downs, etc. The ceremony and reception will be held mostly outdoors on grass, while the barn space for dancing and refreshments will have a concrete floor. Please consider this when choosing footwear; flat shoes, wedges, or block heels would be best.
