What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire is encouraged.

Question

Are we able to drive to the venue ourselves?

Answer

Yes, there is on site parking at The Trillium Venue, however spacing is limited so we encourage everyone to use the shuttle service. If you do choose to drive, please note all vehicles must be removed from the property at the conclusion of the wedding.

Will the shuttle pick us up at our cabin?

Answer

If your cabin is within reasonable distance to the venue, the shuttle will ensure door-to-door pick up. When booking, look for houses in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, or on Bluff Mountain.

How will we know what time the shuttle is picking us up?

Answer

We will update our website 2 weeks prior to the wedding with the shuttle pick up schedule.

Is the ceremony and reception located at the same place?

Answer

Yes, everything will take place at The Trillium Venue.

Question

Should we bring gifts to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 2598 Harlansburg Rd, New Castle, PA 16101. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Everyone is welcome to go back to the hotel for an "after party" however please be aware that the shuttle service concludes at 11 pm. If you are staying in a cabin, you will need to arrange transportation for yourself.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be on the outdoor patio, cocktail hour will be under a covered porch, dinner will be indoors & dancing will also be on the outdoor patio. Please dress accordingly.
