Over the last year we've really fallen in love with BK. Here are some of our favorite things to do in our 'hood!

Take the ferry from North Williamsburg to DUMBO. It was what made us decide to move to DUMBO in the first place. There are great views, and it's a much more exciting and more efficient mode of transportation than taxis/Ubers.

North Willamsburg Ferry

Right next to the DUMBO ferry stop, you'll find this great park for a stroll or picnic lunch. Incredible views of downtown Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, Governors' Island, and the Brooklyn Bridge!

Brooklyn Bridge Park - Pier 1

Right across the street from our apartment! Food Hall including some of the best NYC has to offer. Outdoor seating with water and bridge views.

Time Out Market New York

Emily's FAVORITE coffee shop and bakery. We recommend walking through Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill on your way - it's what Brooklyn real estate dreams are made of.

Poppy's

Pretty park along the Williamsburg waterfront.

Domino Park

Probably the best farmers' market that we've found in NYC. Fresh produce and treats right outside Fort Greene Park.

Fort Greene Park Greenmarket

Amazing vegan ice creams (and REAL ice cream too)! Derek's favorite is Honeycomb (not vegan)... you won't be disappointed.

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

Delicious ice cream in a historic lighthouse. Right outside the DUMBO ferry stop. Expect a line, but great views!
