Answer

Your presence on our wedding day is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you wish to contribute in some way, a wishing well will be available on the day.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is 1st October 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we unfortuantely cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide our venues with a total number of guests by this time. We hope you can understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you've received a plus one, they will appear in the RSVP section.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this time as a date night!

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! A bus will be available for guests who prefer not to drive and would like to enjoy a drink during cocktail hour after the ceremony. Pick-up Location & Time: The bus will depart from Provenance Wines (100 Lower Paper Mills Road, Fyansford) at 2:00pm SHARP, taking guests to The Corner Paddock (715 Pollocksford Road, Gnarwarre) for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Return Trip: At 5pm, the bus will transport guests back to Provenance Wines for the reception. Please note the return trip is only available for guests who RSVP’d 'yes' to the bus service. If you’d like to use the bus service, please make sure to RSVP on the RSVP page when prompted. To clarify for RSVP page: ✅ I will attend = Yes, I’d like a seat on the bus ❌ I will not attend = No, I don’t need the bus Please note we won’t be able to accommodate last-minute bus requests after the RSVP deadline.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is parking available at both venues: At The Corner Paddock there is parking in a grass paddock with easy access and a short walk to the ceremony area. At Provenance Wines, there is a designated car park located at the top of the venue, just follow the signs. Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors at Provenance Wines. Please keep in mind that there is no alternative indoor option for the ceremony. In the event of poor weather, umbrellas and limited cover will be provided but we recommend dressing appropriately and being prepared for all conditions.

Can I smoke/vape?

Answer

The Corner Paddock has a strict no smoking policy, so we kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking or vaping during the ceremony and cocktail hour. A designated smoking/vaping area will be available at Provenance Wines during the reception.
