Trolleys to the Ceremony

July 29, 2025 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Trolleys will run from the hotel lobby to the Country Club for the ceremony beginning at 2 pm. The last trolley will depart the hotel at 2:30 pm sharp. The ceremony will begin at 3 pm. Should you choose to drive yourself, please note that the wedding takes place at the Country Club - NOT the hotel! There is onsite parking available.

Trolleys to the After Party

July 29, 2025 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Trolleys will begin transporting guests from the reception to the after party beginning at 8:30 pm. The first trolley will stop at both the hotel room block and the after party - all subsequent trolleys will stop at the after party only! Any of the downtown hotels are a short walk from the Press Room, so no late night ubers or lyfts are required. Should you choose to stay at Wentworth by the Sea Hotel, you may coordinate with the complimentary shuttle provided by the hotel for transportation.
