When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should aim to arrive at the venue for 3:00pm. The ceremony begins at 3:30pm.

On the reception RSVP page there is a section to note any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is parking on-site at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at Best Western Voyageur Place Hotel in Newmarket. There are booking details on the travel page.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

There is no registry. The bride and groom will have a traditional receiving line with a wishing well on the wedding day if you wish to contribute to their new life chapter.

Can I bring a date?

If you have a plus one, it will be noted in your RSVP. If there are no other names that show up with yours, it is a single invitation.

When do I have to book my hotel room by?

Reservations must be made prior to May 12, 2024 to secure the special group rate.

Best Western Voyageur Place Hotel to Holland Marsh Wineries - pick-up at 2:45pm. Two pick-up times have been arranged to bring guests back to the hotel - 1st at 11:00pm & 2nd at 1:00am.
