Where is the venue?

Answer

The venue for both the ceremony and the reception is Moser Manor Farms located at 1649 Kamin Rd, Hixson, TN 37343.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible whether the answer is yes or no. This will help us to get an accurate headcount for our venders. However, the hard deadline for RSVPs is March 31st, 2025. If you have not responded by that date we will assume that you will not be attending. If for whatever reason you RSVP yes and something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get an accurate headcount before the big day. :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity at the venue, we will only be able to accommodate the guests that are formally invited and listed on the invitation envelope. We hope you understand.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be a 21+ only event. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we completely understand if this impacts your ability to join us for the evening.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We politely ask that you refrain from using cell phones to take photos during the ceremony. We have paid our lovely and talented photographer a lot of money to capture the moment cell phone free, and we would love for everyone to be present with us during the ceremony. After the ceremony has commenced, you can feel free to take photos at the reception!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. This will be a spring wedding with lots of pastels and florals, but feel free to wear whatever color you want. We want you to look good and feel good so you can dance and celebrate with us all night! Please remember that the ceremony will be outside so be mindful to wear shoes that you can comfortably walk through the grass in.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4. Arriving to the venue around 3:30 should be enough time to park at the venue and get settled into your seats.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors while the dinner and reception will take place inside an open air barn.

Question

How should I get to and from the venue?

Answer

We ask that our guests carpool if possible or Uber due to the parking capacity at the venue being 30 cars with 80 guests total. If you need help Ubering or securing a ride, please reach out to us and we can help coordinate a ride for you.
