Our dress code is cocktail attire! Suits and ties for guys and dressy pantsuits or any length dress for gals. Grass-friendly footwear is encouraged for the ceremony outdoors as well as inside the (heated!) reception tent. The temperature this time of year is a bit unpredictable, so we suggest bringing a warm jacket as well for the ceremony.
For guests outside of New England, East Burke is a 3 hour car ride north of Boston Logan Airport. Other accessible airports include Manchester-Boston International Airport and Burlington International Airport just 2.5 and 2 hours away respectively.
Please see the accommodations page for details for the most charming local spots to stay.
Buses will be provided to transport guests from the Burke Mountain Hotel, The Wildflower Inn and other locations to the Inn at Burklyn Saturday afternoon for the ceremony and reception, then back that evening to both the afterparty and home! Times and additional potential routes TBD. If you are driving, we recommend parking at the Burke Mountain Hotel for ease of parking and transportation.
The Burke Mountain Hotel is the best spot to park, as shuttles will transport you from here to wedding events off the premises. The wedding venue will not be able to accommodate parking on Saturday, but on Sunday feel free to park there for our brunch.
Please refrain from any photography during our ceremony, and allow our photographer and videographer to capture the memories for you. Feel free to take photos the rest of the weekend - and text them to us!
August 15th! Our formal wedding invitation will include RSVP cards to send back to us.
Your health and safety are very important to us. We strongly advise all guests to be vaccinated and boosted prior to attending our large gathering. More information is to come soon about vaccination and testing requirements.
