Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Hi, we would appreciate if everybody can RSVP by 1st August 2025. We understand not everyone will be able to attend, but please let us know either way so we can manage our numbers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We would advise arriving around 15/30 minutes prior to the start time on the invite. Please note that immediate family, such as parents, siblings and grandparents, have reserved seating at the front of our ceremony. We kindly ask that no one takes up these seats. Everybody else can sit where they like.
Question
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are lots of hotels and Air B&Bs in and around Clitheroe. However, we do have a room rate for those who wish to stay at the Holmes Mill Hotel. We ask that you book this directly through ourselves.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Of course, please let us know as soon as possible. This is to ensure that we can accommodate accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Clitheroe has a train station and bus station which is approximately a 10 minute walk from our venue.
Question
Do you want to join in bowling?
Answer
We ask that if you think you will want a game, or anybody in your family will, that you inform us in advance, so that we can prepare this. The bowling alley has been hired out by ourselves and therefore the bar will be open and there will be places to socialise whilst the bowling is on.

Damage
Answer
Holmes Mill have informed us that anything damaged / lost will be charged accordingly. Therefore, if you do accidentally damage or break anything, please inform either of us.

Is there any car parking?
Answer
Yes, Holmes Mill has it's own car park. There is charge of up to £10 for 24 hours. You must use the machine on the car park to pay.

We are so grateful to have you celebrate our special day with us—your presence truly means the world to us and is the greatest gift we could ask for. Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate for any plus ones. We have a certain amount of guests that are allowed, and therefore only those stated on the invite and RSVP, will be able to attend.
