Other Lodging Options

Transportation to the reception will only be provided from the Scandinavian Lodge and Birchwood Lodge but there are several other hotels and rentals in the Door County area. Please feel free to look into other hotels or AirBnB or VRBO for house rentals. We do recommend staying near Sister Bay or Bailey's Harbor for ease of travel to both the ceremony and reception locations. There is plenty of parking available at the reception venue. Door County is a big tourist destination, so we recommend booking accommodation sooner than later.

Flight

Green Bay

The closest commercial airport to Door County is Green Bay. From there you would need to rent a car and it is about 1.5 hour drive to Sister Bay. Most major airlines fly into Green Bay from the following cities: Atlanta (Delta), Chicago-O’Hare (American and United), Detroit (Delta), Minneapolis (Delta). If you are unable to fly into Green Bay we would recommend flying into either Chicago airport or Milwaukee and drive from there.
