When and where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
The wedding-week will take place from August 31 to September 2, 2026. All wedding‑week events will be centered around Relais Villa Olmo in Impruneta, a small town about 20 minutes outside Florence. Relais Villa Olmo is a beautiful olive oil & wine resort.

Who is guaranteed an option to stay at the villa?
Answer
The wedding party and the bride and grooms' immediate family are guaranteed accommodations at the villa.

Are rooms available for other guests?
Answer
Yes. A limited number of significantly discounted rooms will be available on a first‑come, first‑served basis for guests who wish to stay at the villa.

How will I know when I can book a room?
Answer
You will receive an email from our wedding planner, Cheryl, sent to the same email address you used to RSVP. It will include instructions and the deadline to book the villa. If you don’t see it, please check your spouse’s email and your spam folder. If you haven’t received the email by February 27th, please reach out to our planner at ciao@bellasposaitaly.com.

You will receive a text message through our Zola website with booking instructions and the reservation deadline. The same information will also be posted under the Travel tab of this website.

Yes, our wedding planner has arranged an optional group excursion at a winery which will include wine tasting, wine crushing, lunch in the vineyard, a stop in San Gimignano & transport service.
