HOTEL BLOCKS To make your stay as easy as possible, we’ve secured room blocks at two hotels in downtown AVL with special rates for our guests. You can find booking details below both hotels are located directly across from one another - be sure to reserve early so you don’t miss out! TRANSPORTATION We will be providing bus transportation for guests from Asheville and Black Mountain. Details are below, please be sure to RSVP if you’d like a ride so we can make sure everyone has a seat!

Shuttle

YOUNG Transportation (AVL Pickup/Drop Off)

August 28, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Transportation will be provided for guests staying in the downtown Asheville area. A bus will pick up in front of the DoubleTree Downtown Asheville at 3:30 PM and depart from Chestnut Ridge at the conclusion of the event at 10:00 PM. Please note this is a single round-trip service to and from the venue for the evening. Please be in the pickup location by 3:15PM. We kindly ask that you RSVP for the shuttle in advance so we can ensure everyone who would like a seat is accommodated.

August 28, 2026 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Transportation will be provided for any guests central to Black Mountain. A bus will pick up in the old Bi-LO Parking Lot (205 NC-9) departing at 3:10 PM and depart from Chestnut Ridge at the conclusion of the event at 10:00 PM. Please be in the parking lot by 3:00PM. Please note this is a single round-trip service to and from the venue for the evening. We kindly ask that you RSVP for the shuttle in advance so we can ensure everyone who would like a seat is accommodated.
