When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To assist us in finalizing arrangements with our vendors, we kindly request that you RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than February 10, 2027. If we have not received your response by this date, we will regretfully mark you as unable to attend. We truly appreciate your timely response and look forward to celebrating together.

Are there hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for our guests and can be found on the travel page. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. When booking, please identify yourself as part of the Mathews/Millenbruch party and provide the following information: Guest name Requested room type Preferred bed type (King, Double/Double, Queen, Twin, or Suite) Check-in and check-out dates We recommend booking early to ensure availability!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire for our celebration. Think polished, elegant, and wedding-ready, a great excuse to dress up a little! Men can wear suits, dress pants with a blazer, or dress shirts with a tie Women can wear cocktail, midi, or knee length dresses, and dressy jumpsuits.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome if included on your RSVP invitation. When completing your RSVP, you’ll see the names of those invited in your party, including any children. If your little ones are not listed, we kindly encourage you to enjoy a fun and relaxing weekend away. While we’re happy to celebrate with children present, we do ask that parents please keep a close eye on them throughout the festivities so everyone can fully enjoy our special day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed under each party. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will appear during the RSVP process. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 1:45 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at out Ceremony location as well as the Reception Venue.
