FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure that we are able to plan for enough food, drink, and over all merriment, please RSVP by May 23, 2025.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are plenty of parking spots on site for everyone!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be serving food buffet style for all provided meals. This will allow everyone to pick and choose what they want to eat. If you have any severe allergies that would be an issue with anything in close proximity, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.

Question

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

The actual ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. If you are coming up just for the ceremony, please plan on getting there by 5:00 pm at the latest.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with the whole family! However, please keep in mind that the venue is comprised of multiple buildings and open fields. The venue and cabins aren't set up to accommodate small children, so please plan accordingly. If you've been looking for a reason, this may be a good time to plan a parents' night out!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to ensure that our big day is everything we dreamed of, we decided to limit our guest list to those listed on your invitations. You can also see on your RSVP, if you were provided with a plus one or not. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in either summer garden party or cocktail party attire. While the venue does have walking paths between the buildings, it is comprised of gravel, so maybe rethink the stilettos! Keep in mind that it is the mountains and will get a little chilly at night.

Question

Can I bring in my own drinks?

Answer

While we will be providing a variety of drinks, you are most definitely allowed (and encouraged) to bring your own!

Question

Which off site accommodations do you recommend?

Answer

Some in town options for hotels are Glen Isle Resort, Bailey Lodge, and Two Bridges Lodge. There are all with in a 10 minute drive from the venue.

Question

I have more questions but can't find the answer--help!

Answer

You can email us at emandcode@gmail.com and we will get you answers as soon as we can.

For all the days along the way
