Check in at AWOL is 4pm & check out is 11am. On Saturday before the welcome party, guests desiring to ski are welcome to check their luggage at the main lobby desk any time before check in.
With an overall Apres Ski vibe, the welcome party attire will be casual. We encourage guests to check into their rooms and get comfortable before the welcome party begins. As we will be coming straight from the slopes, ski & winter cozy clothing is encouraged!
We kindly invite guests to dress in winter formal attire for our ceremony and reception. We are hoping to hold the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. Please plan accordingly with coats, winter accessories, and weather-appropriate footwear to stay warm and comfortable.
We're so grateful to celebrate with our closest friends and family! We will include partners and plus one's on our invitations. Please only plan to attend if you have been listed on the invitation sent.
We love your little ones, but we kindly request no children attending wedding weekend as AWOL is an adult only hotel.
Although AWOL has dog friendly rooms available, we are kindly requesting fur babies to remain at home for wedding weekend.
AWOL is a smoke free hotel, smoking is permitted off property only.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (once updated), it will automatically be marked as "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you but we have to keep our vendors updated with a final guest count within the deadlines they have given us. Our apologies in advance!
Parking onsite is free of charge for hotel guests & wedding attendants.
We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and well cared for during our celebration. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, there will be a section on the meal selection RSVP page where you can note them for us.
