We have been working very diligently with our venue to ensure all of our guests are safe and comfortable. All of our guests will be sitting with their family and significant others in assigned seating (if you are not coming with family or a significant other- you'll be sitting with people you know and can feel comfortable around), social distancing will be enforced, each guest is to wear a mask while away from their tables, we will be doing temperature checks as everyone arrives and we have gone from buffet style appetizers to individually plated dinners to limit the amount of people coming in contact with your food. Please do not forget your masks and feel free to reach out to us with specific questions. We appreciate the risk you are taking to celebrate our big day and we understand it is up to us to make sure everyone feels confident in the protocols being enforced.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. Make it a date night!
Please RSVP by July 1, 2020
We do not have a dress code! Summer dresses for the ladies and clean, comfortable summer attire for the gentlemen. We just ask that you are mindful of the museum when choosing what to wear.
Please refer to your invitation to see how many seats we have reserved for you! We have worked hard to make sure all of our loved ones and the important people in your lives can attend.
Absolutely! There will be parking in the garage underneath the museum and is usually around $5 per car for the entire evening. However, if you plan to drink- we strongly recommend Uber or Lyft to get you to and from the festivities safely.
The museum closes to the public at 5pm so we politely ask that you do not arrive before then. Our ceremony will begin at 6pm sharp so around 5:15-5:30 would be great.
The ceremony will be outside on the water and the reception will be inside the museum immediately after. The weather is usually in the high 70's, low 80's in late July.
