FAQs

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There’s a small amount of parking at the venue and on-street parking if you are driving. Please remember to drive responsibly. Ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are recommended.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please anticipate that only individual(s) explicitly invited or granted a plus one via the invitations are welcome. But if you have a special someone that you would like to attend with you, please contact us directly.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We kindly ask that if you are attending and have a food allergy or restriction, that you contact us directly if we do not already know of any restrictions. There will be a buffet and we will try to be inclusive and considerate for all needs.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This event is geared towards a mostly adult crowd.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We aren’t usually that fancy, but this gives a rare opportunity to do just that! Please keep in mind that Nashville will be cold in January (it could even snow), so while the venue is inside, you will definitely need a warm coat! Don’t worry we will have a place to store the coats to get them out the way while we dance and celebrate.

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

If you’d like to give us a surprise, please refer to our registry including fund’s particularly important to us. That being said we understand if you have something special in mind for us, and cash is always the right size and never the wrong the color-we’ll have a table and drop box for any guest gifts. Thank you so much in advance for your presence and kindness.

Question

What time should I rock up?

Answer

4:30 PM is guest arrival. The bride will walk down the aisle at 5 PM. This ceremony will be short (15-20 minutes) so please be prompt and be seated (there will be a chart) prior to 4:50PM.

Question

Is there a theme or any particular colors for the wedding and event?

Answer

We’re going for a bright and shiny New Year theme. Think gold, silver, navy, and other shades of blue. Feel free to wear anything but bridal white. It’s been too many years since we’ve sparkled y’all. Carpe diem

Question

If I have a dietary restriction, what should I expect when the buffet opens?

Answer
