Sanctuary will provide a variety of heating options should temperatures drop, however we encourage you to bring a sweater or extra layer just in case. The ceremony and reception will take place under a covered pavilion. Dinner will be served in the clubhouse.

IMPORTANT: Will Transportation Be Provided?

Answer

Guests who book within the designated hotel room block will be guaranteed transportation to and from the venue. We HIGHLY encourage you to book within this block, as Uber/Lyft availability may not be guaranteed given the venue's location. The deadline for booking within the room block is April 16th, 2025, however it is on a first come first serve basis and there are a limited # of rooms available. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to the bride/groom/or either of their parents. Sanctuary will provide free valet services for guests who plan on driving. Vehicles may be left on the property over night. If you plan on celebrating with any alcohol consumption, we kindly ask that you do not drive. Busses depart from the hotel at 4:10 pm - please plan to arrive 5 minutes early!

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to accommodate a 'plus one' unless specified on your invitation. Feel free to reach out to Chase and/or Emily if you have questions.

Will There Be Meal Options For Guests With Dietary Restrictions?

We will have vegetarian options available for all guests, but if you have an allergy or additional dietary restrictions, please reach out to Chase and/or Emily as soon as possible so we can ensure that you are well-fed and accommodated the entire evening!

May I Take Photos During Your Ceremony?

We kindly ask that you put your phones down during our ceremony. Our photographer will capture this moment and we look forward to sharing the photos with you once they become available to us 6-8 weeks following the event!
