The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. Please begin arriving at 4 p.m.

What is the dress code?

The official dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask no jeans.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Your formal invitation will specify the number of guests invited, including children. If your little ones are joining us, we ask that they are supervised throughout the ceremony and during special moments of the celebration. We understand if some parents prefer a night out to themselves — please feel free to make arrangements that work best for your family and reflect that in your RSVP.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes. There will be an open bar, so please plan accordingly.

Will the bride be changing her last name?

Answer

After we say “I do,” Emily will be hyphenating her last name to Emily Burke-Matthews.
