Yes! Black Tie Optional. What does that mean? Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a longer floor length dress, or dressy separates. We kindly ask that you stay away from traditional bridal colors - whites, creams and ivory.
We request you arrive at 4PM. The ceremony is promptly starting at 4:30PM. In the event you are late, you will be asked to hold back and join the newlyweds at cocktail hour.
We will be hosting an open beer and wine bar for cocktail hour, then it will switch to cash bar for the reception.
We will only be accommodating guests who are formally invited on your invitation.
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Yes, there is ample parking onsite at Owl's Nest Resort.
We will be serving passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served plated and we will be requesting your dinner choice on your invitation. Please make sure to submit your selection with your RSVP. For those with allergies, please note that in your RSVP with your dinner choice. We are more than happy to accommodate you as needed!
The ceremony will be outside on the patio of the Sunset Pavilion. There will be a rain plan inside of the Sunset Pavilion if needed.

If you are staying on property at Owl's Nest, there is a resort van that does loops around the resort. Flag them down for a ride, they are more than happy to take you anywhere on property! If you are staying off property, we will not be providing a shuttle at this time. If this changes, we will let you know.
