Wedding Party

Steven Anderson

Best Man

Steven and I have been friends for over 15 years, but he's more like a brother than anything else. We met in high school playing football and quickly formed a bond that’s stayed strong through every season of life. From countless late nights gaming until sunrise to moving out of state for a few years, Steven has always been there. He’s become part of my family and one of the most loyal people I know.

Alice Burnette

Maid of Honor

Alice and I have been connected since the moment she came into the world—though I’ll admit I initially asked my parents to exchange her for a brother. Thankfully, they didn’t listen, because having a little sister ended up being one of the best surprises of my life. Growing up, we were inseparable: from shared bedrooms and whispered late-night conversations to inside jokes that no one else will ever understand. As we got older, life took us to different places and different stages, but no matter the distance, Alice has always remained one of the most important people in my world. I’ve held a lot of titles in my life, but being Alice’s sister is the one that means the most to me. I’m incredibly grateful to have her standing beside me today.

Daniel Meyer

Groomsman

Dan and I met after nursing school when we were both hired onto the same unit during the height of the COVID pandemic. We connected immediately and built a friendship that quickly became a brotherhood. From the intensity of our work to personal challenges and even my journey as a new Christian, Dan has walked alongside me through it all. I’m so grateful for his support, honesty, and friendship.

Emilee Smith

Bridesmaid

Emilee and I have been friends since my family joined Chapel Rock Christian Church when I was 8. From summer camps to New Year’s Eve celebrations, and even college together, she has been my constant through every season of life. Emilee tells the truth even when it’s hard, brings joy wherever she goes, and is always ready for a Taylor Swift concert.

Chris Orcutt

Groomsman

Chris came into my life back in 2009 when he started dating my mom, and from the very beginning, he treated me like his own son. He’s been an incredible father figure — taking me to my first NFL game, teaching me how to work on cars, and showing me the value of figuring things out for yourself. He’s cared for both my mom and me so well, and I’m incredibly thankful for his steady presence in my life.

Suzanne Munaretto

Bridesmaid

Suzy and I met when she started as a new grad nurse at Bloomington, while I was stepping into my role as a charge nurse. In many ways, we “grew up” together as nurses. Beyond work, her sweet spirit and kind heart made our friendship blossom quickly. I’m so grateful for the joy and support she brings into my life

Lukas Howell

Groomsman

Lukas and I met at work when he was a care assistant finishing up nursing school. Even in a high-stress environment, he brought joy and energy that made the unit — and our friendship — something special. After graduating, he stayed on the unit, and we quickly became close. He’s always been there with encouragement, a good laugh, and a whole lot of loyalty.

Hallie Griffin

Bridesmaid

Like Suzy, I met Hallie as a new grad at Bloomington, and we quickly became friends both inside and outside of work. She even helped calm my nerves early in my relationship with Brock—after describing him without a name, she asked, “Does he wear glasses?” and realized she knew him through her brothers! That moment reminded me how God places the right people in our lives at just the right time. She is a constant source of truth, kindness, pure joy, and goodness.
