Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We’re saying “adults only” for the wedding, but don’t worry—our niece and nephews are officially on the guest list to keep things cute and chaotic! Enjoy a night off from the kids and let us know if you need any childcare suggestions.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, only those addressed on your invitation are invited. If you were given a plus one, their name will be listed. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, we encourage a casual yet stylish dress code. Please avoid wearing shorts, T-shirts, or flip-flops to help keep the vibe relaxed but polished. For the Wedding, please come dressed in your favorite cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everything runs smoothly, you can arrive at 5:30 PM for the ceremony. Please avoid arriving earlier as we’ll be capturing some special moments before the festivities begin.

Will any part of the wedding day be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on a tented outdoor deck. Afterward, we'll transition indoors for the reception festivities.

Are there any accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We've listed hotels (including a room block), within walking distance, of the venue on the "Travel" page, and we recommend booking early to secure your stay during the Labor Day holiday.

Do I need a car?

Answer

Not at all! We've designed the entire wedding weekend to take place in the heart of Downtown Wilmington, a charming and walkable area. We hope you enjoy your stay and get a taste of why we love living in this beautiful coastal community

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

We recommend a rideshare, but if you are driving there is a parking lot behind the venue.

Question

What if I want to stay during different dates within the room block?

Answer

If you want to come a day early or stay a day late, you may not be able to make the reservation online. If that happens call the hotel directly Monday-Thursday between 9am and 2pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Pam in Reservations. She will check availability of the discounted rate.
