How should we get there?

Whether you’re flying or driving, getting to Charleston is pretty easy! ✈️ Flying: The closest airport is Charleston International (CHS), about a 25-minute drive to the SpringHill Suites and other nearby hotels. 🚗 Driving: It’s about six and a half hours from Richmond, VA, and free parking is available at both the hotel and venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closet family and friends. As we’re are hoping to keep it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

While we adore all of your little ones, we kindly ask that you join us for an adults-only celebration — we hope you take this as an opportunity for a little getaway!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2026, so we can ensure we accommodate everyone comfortably. If we don’t receive your response by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors (weather permitting). Please dress accordingly.
