Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to wander the grounds and find your seat. If you are late, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over to enter.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see everyone with semi-formal attire. Use this as an opportunity to dress up! We want everyone to be comfortable, but please, no jeans or t-shirts.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have hired a bartender to service a free bar where a variety of beer and wine will be available. The drinks are on us, but the tips are for the bartender!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love all of your little ones! However, due to venue restrictions, children are not allowed. We encourage you to use this as a night out to enjoy yourselves!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are only included if listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the "RSVP" tab on our website and enter your name. We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than August 6th, 2026 to ensure we can relay accurate numbers to our vendors. If we don't hear from you by then we will assume you cannot make it and we will miss you!

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be a large grassy area dedicated for parking. There will signs to direct you if needed.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is fully outdoors. The ceremony is uncovered, and will take place come rain or shine! However, the reception area is covered and there will be heaters if necessary. As we know, Washington weather is unpredictable, so please be prepared for any kind of weather!

I have a question that was no answered here! Who do I contact?

Answer

You can contact either the Bride or Groom! However, during the week leading up to the wedding, please refrain from contacting either of them directly. If needed, you may reach out to their wedding coordinator, Lauren, at 360-855-5757
