We have rooms blocked at both of the hotels below and will be offering shuttle service to and from the venue. Please note the check-in time for both hotels is 4:00 pm, and while they will do their best to have the rooms ready early, they will hold your luggage for you.

3:00 pm - pickup guests from Comfort Inn & Suites
3:15 pm - arrive at the venue
10:15 pm - the shuttle will leave the venue dropping off guests at both hotels
