Travel Note
The Indian wedding celebrations will take place in Bengaluru (Bangalore/BLR), India. The main wedding events are on Dec 13th & 14th at Rajhans Greens. These are considered the main ceremonies in South Indian Hindu-Brahmin traditions, and we’re excited to have you join us for them! Pre-wedding celebrations will take place on December 11th & 12th at home. These events are more casual and do not require all attendees to participate. We ask you confirm/RSVP for the Indian Wedding celebrations by August 31st, 2025 so we can be ready to welcome you!

Guests will be staying at Bangalore Club before the main events, and two nights at Rajhans Green for the main wedding ceremonies on Dec 13–14. Transfers will be arranged for all guests between 1) Bangalore Club and Wedding Venue at Rajhans Greens 2) Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) and Bangalore Club/Rajhans Greens P.S. Don't forget to let Bhargav & Emily know your travel dates and times so we can ensure your trip to Bengaluru is safe in our hands!
Flight
Guests should book their flights to Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) in Bengaluru. We will have transfers arranged between the airport and your place of stay! If you are flying from the US, please note there are no direct flights to BLR. We recommend flying Emirates, Qatar Airways, British Airways and Air India. Popular flight paths include a single stop at Dubai(DXB), Doha(DOH) or London(LHR). The total flight time is usually between 18hrs-22hrs for these flights, so please plan around your flying preferences with the flight time in mind! We recommend booking your flight to arrive by December 11th at the latest to allow you to adjust to the timezone as much as possible. P.S. Once you've booked your flights, please let Bhargav & Emily know so we can ensure your transfers and stay are taken care of!
Travel Note
For non-Indian citizens, please make sure to apply for an Indian tourist e-Visa about four months (120 days) before your travel date. Feel free to contact Bhargav & Emily for any assistance

Flight
Buffalo has one airport and one terminal - easy to navigate and travel to and from! The airport is a 17 minute drive to the venue, and a 16 minute drive to the Aloft Buffalo Downtown. Ubers, Lyfts, and cabs are plentiful and affordable.
Train
We've taken the Amtrak to and from Buffalo/NYC many times - it is a longer journey, but is scenic and requires no checked bags or airport hassle. Highly recommend! P.S. it is not worth it to pay for business class IMO - Emily
