Vehicles/Vans will pick up at 4:00PM 4:10PM, 4:20PM, 4:30PM and 4:40PM for the ceremony. Highlander Mountain House - Pick-Up behind hotel on Oak Street Trailborn Highlands - Pick-Up outside lobby After the ceremony, shuttles will take guests to the reception. Return vehicles will run from Highlands Country Club to Trailborn Highlands, Highlander Mountain House, and The High Dive Bar. After The High Dive, vehicles will continue to drop guests off at both hotels until 12:00AM. After 12:00AM no transportation will be provided (but as we all know everything is walkable distance in the Highlands)
Church: Parking available on Main, Church, and 5th Streets; handicap parking on Church Street. Reception: Complimentary valet parking provided.
The welcome party will be mostly indoors, with fire pits on the patio if weather allows. On the wedding day, all events will be indoors except for the outdoor cocktail hour. Highlands is cooler than surrounding areas, with October highs in the low 70s.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00. We recommend arriving at early to ensure you’re seated and settled before we begin. Guests are welcome in beginning at 4:00PM.
We'd like to invite everyone to our welcome party on Friday night. Sunday morning we will have breakfast to-go available. Please view the Schedule for details.
Free parking on main street & all throughout the town.
Our wedding is Black-Tie optional. Floor length dresses and gowns are requested for women and tuxedos or dark suits are appropriate for men.
