Question

Why am I not invited to dinner?

Answer

Due to our choice of venue, we are unable to accommodate all of our guests for dinner. If your RSVP only says ceremony and dance than unfortunately we can’t accommodate you for dinner. Our venue has a fire code of 125 people when the tables are set. Once the tables are removed, we are able to accommodate additional guests. Guests will still be provided alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages as well as dessert. Under the dining tab we have included some local restaurants that are nearby, to accommodate you until the party starts. Thank you for your understanding.

Please RSVP by August 1st.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Are My Kids Invited?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. If your children are included on the invitation, they are invited to attend. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we encourage you to dress in a classic, timeless manner and therefore would love if our guests glammed it up and dressed their best. Do not be afraid to dress in your most elegant outfit as it should feel as if you are walking the red carpet. The dress code includes black tie, formal, cocktail, and semi-formal attire. Please, no neon, stick to a muted color palette or deep jewel tones, and avoid jeans if possible. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. Can I Bring A Date

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you-get ready to have a good time! Beer and champagne is free all night and each person will get an allotted amount of drink tickets for mixers at the bar. Don’t worry we will have extras in our pockets if you run out. Beer and champagne from 5pm-6pm Beer, champagne, and mixers from 6pm-11:30pm

Is there transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have a shuttle service provided. We encourage you to use services such as Uber, Lyft, or a cab to make it safely home from the venue. More information is under the travel tab.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

In order for our guest to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will capture those special moments and we would be upset for any well-intentioned guests' phone to block their view. We will of course share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away.

Answer

Yes, we do! Please use #Bemily when posting any pictures on social media so we can see them too!
