This is where we had our first real conversation and "noticed" each other for the first time. The beer selection is seriously amazing and the upstairs balcony is a great place to have a drink.

If music and dancing is what you're looking for, this is off the "beaten path" of Bourbon Street and boasts some of the best live music in town and multiple venues. Of note, some places charge a cover while others are free.
Bacchanal Fine Wine & Spirits
It doesn't get any better than this magical backyard fairyland. Plan to spend an afternoon here splitting a bottle of wine, small plates, and listening to live music.

If you're looking for a damn good craft cocktail or a cheese plate, this is your place.

The best hot dogs and cheese fries with a chill, low-key atmosphere with lots of good vibes.

Located in the Ace Hotel in the CBD, this is one of our favorite spots to go for happy hour, dinner, or brunch. There is a PASTA HAPPY HOUR. After you've eaten your fill, take the elevator up to the roof for one of the best rooftop pools and views in the city.
Second Line Brewing
One of Nola's best micro breweries, definitely worth checking out and usually draws some of the city's best food trucks.
