No. We are not enforcing any restrictions for covid. The venue has their own guidelines for the staff (sanitation schedules and masks). We ask that guests follow the current PA guidelines. Masks are welcomed but not required at this time.
The dress code is cocktail attire. This can be a semi formal dress, cocktail dress, fancy jumpsuit, or a pant suit. For the men this is a pair of slacks/trousers with a button down and tie, jackets are optional as this is late summer- early fall.
Yes. The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, rain or shine! (There will be a tent if it rains) The reception is located in the winery barn but this also includes the outside courtyard. Food and alcohol may be consumed inside or outside. The typical weather in Manheim in September is typically mid 70s to low 80s in the day with mid 50s at night.
The ceremony is being held at Mount Hope Estates and will be starting at 3:30pm. Guests are allowed on the premises 30 minutes prior to the start.
There is reserved parking at the venue for our guests. There will be assigned staff guiding all wedding traffic to our lot. Look for the Kerns-Noguera Wedding Signage.
Yes, please bring valid IDs just in case they card. The open bar is unlimited beer, wine, and cider all made by the venues winery and brewery (Mount Hope Winery and Swashbuckler Brewing).
Yes please! Help your self to the centerpiece at your table at the end of the night! Any and all flowers may be taken home. We ask that you leave the other decor alone.

After the ceremony there will be a dinner. This will have an appetizer buffet during cocktail hour as well as a dinner buffet to follow. If you have a food allergy or need a vegetarian/vegan option please let us know!
Yes! The venue has both ramps and a chair lift to the second floor. All bathrooms are handicapped as well. Please let us know if you require handicap seating as we will leave a designated area for the ceremony as well as the dinner area for you!
