Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an evening for the adults only! While we love your kiddos, this is a 21+ wedding giving the adults a night out to enjoy and celebrate with us.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to the limitations of our venue capacity we can only accommodate those who are listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Scan the QR code on the RSVP insert included in the formal invitation. Navigate our wedding website to the RSVP tab at the top of the page. -OR- You can also RSVP by emailing us at snow.wedding25@gmail.com

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 2:20pm and 2:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Please be seated by 2:50pm as the doors to the ceremony space will be closed until the ceremony ends. Signage and Hotel staff will be happy to guide you to the ceremony space on the 3rd floor in Hobson Hall.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Cocktail Hour begins at 5:30pm. If you arrive early, please feel free to enjoy Pearl Street's Bar on the first floor - it is open to the public.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Transportation accommodations will only be provided to the wedding party. All of our hotel recommendations are located in close proximity to the ceremony and reception venue sites ranging between walking distance and very short uber rides. We recommend using uber or vehicle rentals if you are flying into Buffalo, NY.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Mid October in Western New York; cool and crisp temperatures in the 60's, sunshine, and colored leaves everywhere. We recommend packing layers; we love some good sweater weather!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors. The Ceremony will be held on the third floor of The Richardson Hotel in Guest Hall. The Reception will be held on the fourth floor of Pearl Street Grill & Brewery in The Speakeasy Parlor.
