Parking at the venue?
Answer
The venue is a gray barn surrounded by some fields! Venue staff will be present to direct everyone to parking which is free, ample, and close to the event.

Indoor or outdoor wedding?
Answer
We plan for the wedding to take place outside in the meadow, but there is plenty of space in the indoor reception area to move the ceremony inside if needed. The reception will take place immediately after the ceremony in the barn-area.

Unplugged Ceremony?

YES! We have hired a photographer to capture special moments during the ceremony, and would appreciate guests keeping their phones away/silenced during this time.

Will there be food?
Answer
Yes! The reception will start off with dinner (pulled pork/multiple sides). There are many sides-options that will fit a variety of dietary considerations.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
YES! We will have ample amounts of free beer/wine that will be served by a licensed bartender. Tips are appreciated!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive no later than 3:40pm to allow time to find a seat for a prompt 4:00pm start time. The bar will be open, close to the ceremony location, at 3:00pm for pre-ceremony drinks if you would like one.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a physical gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 328 Edison Ave, Ypsilanti, MI, 48197. A wedding card box will be at our reception, and our honeymoon fund is also available to gift toward under the registry tab.

How late will the party go?

We do not have an end time for the reception, however speeches/dinner should be wrapped up by 8:30pm. We encourage everyone to stay much much later for a night of dancing and drinks!

Can I post pictures of the events surrounding the ceremony?
Answer
Yes please! While we hope for an unplugged ceremony, we look forward to seeing everyone's photos from the reception events! We will also have a free photo booth on-site to add to the fun!
