The wedding block rate is good for the nights of Thursday Aug 7th - Saturday Aug 9th. To book as part of our wedding block there are two options. 1. Call the hotel and book for the nights you will be in Fargo. Let them know you are part of the Dvorak-Dempster Wedding. 2. Book online with the provided link. The rate will show as available if you select Thursday Aug 7th and/or Friday Aug 8th. If you plan to be here on the night of Saturday Aug 9th, the block rate won't show up online. You can still make your reservation online, just let Aric or Emily know and we can have the hotel move you into the block and refund you the difference.

Shuttle
Shuttle from hotel to venue and back

We have some transportation options for guests to get out to the Pines and get back safely ! We have rented a school bus and the hotel is also providing an 8 person shuttle. Both the school bus and shuttle will return to the Holiday Inn. All guests are welcome to use the transportation options. Should none of the below times work for you, Uber does go to The Pines. Load @ Holiday Inn 2:45pm, depart 2:55pm Drop at Pines by 3:15pm Load @ Holiday Inn 3:30pm, depart 3:45pm Drop at Pines by 4:15pm Bus Return #1- load at Pines 9:45pm, depart 10:00pm Shuttle #2 - departs 10:30pm Bus Return #3- load at Pines 10:45pm, depart 11:00pm Shuttle #4 - departs 11:30pm Bus Return #5- load at Pines 11:45pm, depart 12:00/12:15am. NOTE: this bus will drop off folks that would like to continue to celebrate at a nearby bar before returning to the hotel. Shuttle #6 - departs 12:30am
