The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/formal.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It can be quite warm during mid-May. Rest assured, all precautions are being taken to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable event for all in attendance.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both taking place at the Olana wedding venue, located at 1851 Turbeville Rd, Hickory Creek, TX 75065.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head inside where we will be serving finger foods and beverages until the bride & groom introductions.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive between 5:30 & 5:45, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free on premises and valet services will be provided.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar, and a full dinner service will be included as part of the reception.

We're so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. Unfortunately, we cannot include others outside of our guest list, however.
