When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know you'll be attending by May 1st, if at all possible.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The more the merrier! All we ask is that if your invitation does not specifically list your guest, please send an email or text to let us know someone else is coming with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block listed at the Hotel Concord - the rooms will be released back to the public in March - so if you plan to utilize the block, please book by then. Otherwise, you'll need to book directly through them.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Parking at Kimball Jenkins is available. There is a small lot in the property, otherwise, guests will need to utilize street parking. We would suggest an Uber, if you are staying at Hotel Concord - as it's only about a 3-5 minute ride to the venue and will save the trouble of parking and driving.

What kind of COVID-19 protocols are in place?

Answer

We are in constant communication with our venue and vendors while monitoring current COVID-19 trends to see if we will need to alter our plans. If you, anyone in your family, or anyone you come in contact within the 14 days leading up to the wedding are feeling unwell, please stay home and celebrate with us another time! Additionally, we ask that any guest not vaccinated against COVID-19 please obtain a negative COVID-19 test two-three days prior to our wedding to ensure the safety of everyone.
