We were already planning an elopement as part of a big trip to New Zealand when COVID hit. We pivoted to something much closer to home instead and gave ourselves a skiing trip in Stowe, VT. An hour up the road for us, we stayed at the Green Mountain Inn, skied, dined, and got away from it all for a week. We got married on a Thursday, in an intimate ceremony with just the two of us, lots of of tears, lots of laughter, and a couple of "I do's."
