When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 10, 2025. If you need to make a change to your RSVP status after that, you will need to contact the bridal party about your change.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a separate meal for those with allergies as the food is buffet-style. Our guests will have an assortment of food to choose from. Vegetarian and vegan sides will be available. Food provided includes assorted appetizers (not gluten-friendly), bread, Caesar salad, roasted potatoes, green beans sauteed in olive oil, pasta, beef, and chicken.

Can I bring a date?

Defo don't want to discourage. HOWEVER: we do have limited space. The RSVP form will include the expected guest(s) we have on our list. If you have an additional person please reach out to the bride or groom to ensure we have space to accommodate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES! However, the Channel Side Club requires all guests 12 and under to be accompanied by an adult or trusted babysitter as the venue sits along a waterway. We also ask that children stay indoors if an adult is not present. Please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 5 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to the ceremony to avoid conflicts with the processional which starts at 5:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! A parking lot is available. The building does not have stairs - although there is one small step into the building.

When can I take a picture with the Bride and Groom?

Answer

You know when you want that special selfie or group photo with the happy couple but you're worried it will look awkward? HAVE NO FEAR! There will be a special photo opportunity during the reception - shhhh it's a special surprise! But don't you worry! You're going to leave with the best memories!
