To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is October 17th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. Even if you cannot make it please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'not attending', You will be missed!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one they will be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, this is an adult only event!
Dress your best! We encourage all guests to wear formal or cocktail. Since it will be November you can take inspiration from your favorite fall colors. Please no jeans or casual wear. The ceremony will be in a heated greenhouse and the reception will be inside the Ivy House main building, so no worries about staying warm!
Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring other alcoholic beverages onto the premises. We will be supplying an open bar! Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas outside. Marijuana is prohibited on the grounds, and vaping is not allowed inside any of the Ivy House buildings. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines!
There is free parking at the Ivy House. You may leave your car overnight and they lock the gate to the parking lot after the event has finished and all guests have left. You must pick your car up the next day by noon!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. So we kindly request that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park and find a seat.
Please refer to Travel tab on the website as it lists information on places to stay. Most of our guests are traveling for our wedding and we really appreciate everyone who is able to make it. Please make sure you reserve your overnight stay as soon as possible!
