What time should I plan to arrive to the ceremony?

We ask guests to please plan on arriving 20-30 minutes prior to the start time due to parking.

The ceremony will be located outdoors but it is underneath cover.

Will there be parking available?
Answer
Yes, parking will be available at the venue. You will be able to park along the road right next to the venue.

Is there a block of hotel rooms?
Answer
Due to the various offerings of AirBnb, VRBO, and hotels in the area we do not have a block of rooms at any one hotel. You can select an accommodation that best meets your needs!

No, not at all! Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for.

Is there a Wedding Registry?
Answer
Yes! As we recently purchased our first home, our primary registry is dedicated to monetary gifts that will help us with home improvements and creating our new space together. We are also accepting contributions toward our honeymoon as we look forward to celebrating this next chapter as newlyweds. For those who prefer to give a traditional gift, we have also included a small selection of specific items on our registry. Most importantly, your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for!

Who is invited to the Welcome Party the evening before?
Answer
All of our guests are invited to join us at the House Mountain Inn for the Welcome Party. This will follow the Rehearsal Dinner that is for individuals that are in the wedding.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
The venue for both the ceremony, as well as reception are covered so the celebration will continue smoothly no matter the weather.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, for the Welcome Party and Wedding Reception we will be offering an open bar with Beer and Wine for our guests to enjoy responsibly.

Can I take photos during the wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to be present during the ceremony and keep phones away. You’re encouraged to take photos during the reception using the available QR codes!

Will there be a shuttle service or are other ride shares available?
Answer
No, we will not be providing wedding transportation. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation as needed.
