Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Bartram's Garden has complimentary valet parking! If you're staying at the hotel block (see Travel & Hotel page) there will be shuttle buses from the hotel to the ceremony/reception as well as running on a regular basis after the reception back to the hotel.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have many guests traveling from out of town and are excited to welcome all guests for Welcome Drinks on Friday night! Join us at Khyber Pass Pub on Friday, June 2, from 7-9 pm. Khyber Pass is within walking distance from the Wyndham hotel. See the Schedule page for more details. After the reception, we will migrate to the barn at Bartram's Garden for late-night karaoke! We ask that you RSVP for this event on your invitation if you plan to attend so we can get a rough idea of how many guests since it is a smaller space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle buses from the hotel to the ceremony/reception as well as running on a regular basis after the reception back to the hotel. To the ceremony: Bus arrives at the Wyndham at 3:15 pm and departs promptly at 3:25 pm. Departing the reception/after party: The bus will run every half hour between 8 pm to midnight. Accessibility shuttles will be available throughout the venue grounds.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please keep in mind the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. There is some grass in the ceremony and cocktail hour spaces so block heels or wedges are encouraged.
