When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The link to complete your room reservation expires on January 27, 2027. Reservations require 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and the remaining balance can be paid at check-in.

Can I choose another room category than provided on the site?

Answer

Yes, you can! Once you booked any available room through the link, you can contact our travel team for room exchange (e.g. One Bedroom Suite)

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

All Americans (Children/minors as well) traveling to Cancun must have a valid U.S. passport when flying into Mexico, available through the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov). A passport or passport card is accepted for travelers driving from the United States to Cancun or for those arriving by cruise ship or other watercraft.
