Matron of Honor
My one and only sister, also 8 years older than me. She asked Santa for either a sister or a computer for Christmas as a kid... Santa went the sister route. We have the same "phone voice." I begged her to call me "Hessberg" as a child. Coolest minivan driver I know.
Best Man
Trevor played Aragorn in "the movie" and had the coolest slow motion scene in our rendition of the Fellowship of the Ring. He is a fantastic thrower and is known to house nearly a gallon of ice cream in one sitting.
Bridesmaid
My roommate (she insists on calling us roomies). We met at the Lancaster Barnstormers scooping ice cream as teenagers. Has a distinct hand gesture for vanilla and chocolate twisted ice cream. Hates when I leave the cabinets open. Owns a lot of themed socks. Makes a mean batch of brownies at a moments notice.
Groomsman
I'm pretty sure when our friendship started I was taller than him but that was many years ago. He likes to drink honey. Now Matt makes tables and sometimes secretly camps in the woods behind Stone Spring Farms.
Bridesmaid
Met at a bible study at LCBC Church, now we work a desk apart from each other. A gifted graphic designer with more shoes than anyone I know. Sydney eats a lot of Pineapple and Mango salsa. When Sydney has a lot of projects at work I like to put a live stream of pandas or penguins at a zoo on to relieve her stress.
Groomsman
Jackson was my roommate at college. He was also my co-host in the wildly popular radio show "The Midnight Train to Grantham" that aired Saturday nights on 90.7 the Pulse FM. He now lives in Tacoma and works for the parks and rec department.
Bridesmaid
My first friend when I started working at LCBC church. Really, really sarcastic. We bonded over rolling eyes at each other from across our desks. Favorite playlist to listen to at work is "Coffee Shop Jams." Proofread a lot of my texts to Sam when we started dating. Loves goat cheese and pretzel chips.
Groomsman
David is a bit of a rensaissance man. If he's not doing backflips, dancing in his living room, or competing in an obstacle course, you may find him calculating formulas that will increase the production at a nearby nuclear power facility.
Bridesmaid
Cousin. Openly admits to hating me for the first 5 years of my life. Backup plan if she didn't marry was owning a lot of cats (she got married and now is limited to one cat). Constantly accuses me of cheating at the game Old Maids as a child. Has an awesome heart for kids with special needs.
Groomsman
Matt and I (mostly Matt) were scared of Malachi at first because he was way older than us, worked out a lot, and could have probably beaten us up if he wanted to. He's actually one of the most gentle people you will ever meet, unless you're a 10 pointer in rifle season.
