If I made a hotel reservation for the original 2020 date, do I need to make a new reservation?

Answer

No, Mountain Top is moving your reservations to the new date in 2021. You will have the exact same reservation that you originally booked. Please do not call to confirm. The Best Western will reach out to you directly to confirm that you would like to update your reservation for the new wedding date.

What is the attire?

Summer cocktail attire. Think: suits with tie optional, long dresses, wedges/sandals

Is there an indoor portion of the wedding?

Answer

Yes. Please note: the reception will be held in the indoor barn. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Will I need a room for Sunday night?

Yes! The wedding will end late on Sunday night and you should plan to stay overnight at the Best Western or Mountain Top.

Is there a shuttle to and from the Best Western to Mountain Top for the ceremony & reception?

There is plenty of hiking, kayaking, and other sports to do before the wedding.
