What’s the best way to get to the hotel and venue?

Answer

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to travel between the airport and your hotel. On the wedding day, a shuttle will run between the Merriweather Lakehouse and Belmont Manor. The shuttle will depart at 4:30 p.m., with return trips available at 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by the reception underneath a tent. As summer temperatures can be hot, we will have fans and water coolers available for your comfort. Please consider this when choosing your attire.

Is parking available at the hotels and venues?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available at both of our hotel blocks, our welcome drinks location, and at the wedding venue. Please note, however, that cars cannot be left at the venue overnight. If you plan to drink, we strongly encourage using the shuttle service from the Merriweather Lakehouse for a safe and stress-free ride.

What is the dress code?

We request cocktail attire for wedding guests. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will involve walking on grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. Due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional guests, unless otherwise specified.

We have decided to keep our wedding an adult-only affair. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us on our special day.
