Travel and Accommodations

Below is information on how to get there and where to stay. Renting a car is probably the best option for getting around but there is a public bus that serves Bozeman and Big Sky (information on those buses is below). Limited Ubers serve Bozeman and Big Sky. We have blocked rooms for the wedding onsite at the 320 Guest Ranch for Friday, July 5th and Saturday, July 6th and you must call to book. THE ROOM BLOCK WILL ONLY BE HELD UNTIL JANUARY 1, 2019 - AFTER THAT THE ROOMS WILL BE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC. If you plan on festively imbibing at our wedding, we strongly encourage you to stay onsite for at least the night of the wedding because taxis and ubers are not widely available. We have listed some additional options below that you may consider for accommodations for before, during, or after our wedding.

Flight

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is likely to be the best destination to fly into. The Bozeman airport is "Montana's busiest airport" and it provides non-stop flights and connections to 15 cities in the United States on the following airlines: Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, and United. It is about an hour of scenic driving from the airport through the Gallatin River Canyon to our venue (which is just past Big Sky, Montana). In searching for affordable flight options (and if you do not mind a longer drive), you may also wish to consider flights into the following airports: Salt Lake City (about a 5.5 hour drive to our venue) Billings, MT (about 3.25 hour drive to our venue) Butte, MT (about a 2.25 hour drive to our venue)

Hotel

320 Guest Ranch

205 Buffalo Horn Creek Road
Gallatin Gateway, MT 59730

WE RECOMMEND BOOKING EARLY - especially if you plan to add any additional nights to your stay. The 320 Ranch typically books out 1-2 years in advance. We (Paul and Emily) are planning to stay at the ranch from July 3rd - July 9th and use the ranch as a base camp for other activities.

Travel Note

Other Places to Search for Accommodations

We have listed some of the most convenient hotels on this site. For the adventurous, there are nearby camp grounds (also listed below). If you don't see something to your liking or you are taking a vacation and planning to stay in Montana for longer than just our wedding, there are a large number of hotels, AirBnB's or other vacation rentals to consider in Bozeman, Montana, West Yellowstone, Montana, or Yellowstone National Park. Big Sky, West Yellowstone, and Yellowstone National Park all book quickly so we also recommend making reservations asap. A link to the Bozeman Convention & Visitors Bureau guide to lodging can be accessed by clicking "View". Bozeman is about an hour drive from our venue but would make a great place to stay if you are extending your time in Montana.

Travel Note

Lodging in Big Sky

Big Sky, Montana is about a 15-20 minute drive from our wedding venue. There are some additional hotels in Big Sky that are not listed on our site. There are also condos, houses, and other vacation rental options that can be found by clicking "View" below.
