Prior to arrival:

• Please ensure your passport is valid! • Reservations are strongly recommended for dinner and can be made online through the hotel's website: https://puertovallarta.hotelmousai.com/gourmet-dining/reservations • Dinner will be provided on the evening of the wedding (Saturday, June 7th). Dinner reservations will be needed for all other nights. • The ride from Gustavo Diaz Ordan International Airport (PVR) to Hotel Mousai is approximately 40 minutes. Uber is very popular in Puerto Vallarta and generally the easiest way to get around the city.
Upon arrival:

• When checking in, the concierge may ask you to attend a sales meeting to become a member of the hotel collection. Simply let them know you are only here for a wedding and not interested in the program. • Hotel Mousai is truly all-inclusive and your wallet can be left in your room! There are only a few select items that require an upcharge (i.e. Don Julio 1942, Wagyu steak, etc.). However, their team prides themselves on service and tips are appreciated. Tipping can be done with cash or through the hotel wristband you will receive upon arrival. • Staying at Hotel Mousai provides access to the Garza Blanca property down by the beach, including all of its restaurants & amenities. • Hotel trolleys run between all restaurants, hotels, pools, and the beach every 5-10 minutes. This service is free and runs all day/night. While the trolley is not required, it can be quite a walk down from the resort to the beach. • While all alcohol is high quality, be sure to request your favorite liquor with your cocktail. If you don't specify, the bartender will use their house liquor.

• Breakfast - Offered at The Terrace, NOI, Bocados Steak House, and Blanca Blue. • Lunch - Offered at North Tower rooftop pool, South Tower rooftop pool, Aquazul, and on the beach. • Dinner (Reservations recommended) - Offered at NOI, DAO, Hiroshi, Blanca Blue, and Bocados Steak House. • Additionally, 24-hour room service for food & alcohol is available.
